I applied online, and received an e-mail scheduling a phone interview a week later. First interview was conducted through phone with HR, she’s friendly and professional, asked questions regarding previous experiences in retail. I was informed half an hour later that I passed, the store manager called a few days later scheduled an in-store interview. For the second interview, I was asked to do a styling role play, following by an 1-1 interview with questions regarding to availability, visa status, languages spoken and past experiences, the manager is super nice and the entire conversation is not stressful at all. I got a call an hour later informing me that I got the job.

The process was quite clear and easy to follow, first a phone call followed by face to face meeting in store. Everyone was quite welcoming and made sure I was relaxed for the interview.

Had a phone call and video interview the was asked to attend a group interview. When I turned up it was empty and it turned out the HR rep cancelled and didn’t let me know, then when I emailed to ask what was happening she said she’d mistyped my email. She asked me to reschedule which I did, and she said she’d confirm the date and time the same week. I never heard back from her.

Pretty easy going. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it wasn't a "scary" process at all. Nothing came as a surprise and they asked very role/industry-focused questions. It wasn't drawn out either which I appreciated.
