Interviewed with the Vice President of the franchise company. Interview took a little over an hour, we talked about my then current job, and goals for the future as well as current achievements. We talked about education as well as goals for education in the future, how it would fit into work and home life.

Simple and quick. They are looking for mature individuals who are dependable and do not call in. Show leadership skills to a certain extent and ability to work with the team as a whole.
Pretty easy, making sure it's clear that managerial experience in the food industry.
Don't be afraid to voice concerns. Control the interview and make sure your demands are met. It's fast food so don't be a pushover
