It was a longer selection process including four calls with different team members. All of them were really friendly and I enjoyed to learn more about my future tasks. The interviews were in different languages and strongly focussed on personality and cultural fit, something that I do think is most important. In general, I had the feeling there were many applicants and it was a fair process. Being pacient and honest about your answers might be a good hint.
