Fairly standard initial interview, where you could see that the interviewer did not have that much experience in conducting interviews, sadly. While the interviewer was friendly, only a few surface-level questions were asked, over all I think the company needs to invest more time in mentoring their TA team to ask more in-depth questions related to the role, especially if they are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager position. After a few days, I was rejected and given the age-old 'we found someone else' spiel, world of advice...if a candidate spends 45 min of their time with you in an interview, you can at least spend 5 min to give back proper and constructive feedback. Goes a long way towards your candidate's NPS score.

They definitely need a TA, because:
It was a short interview. Very general questions, not structured. Looked like the interviewer had some right or wrong answers in front of her and was directing me towards the right one, or looking for THE answer.
The questions were basic, not discovery, just fact-checking type. No follow-up question was asked.
When you interview an experienced talent acquisition specialist, you should be better prepared.
Not much experience in interviewing, although a very nice person.
