First round was a phone screen followed by a video interview. Mostly focused on behavioral aspects of the job. Key concerns were the ability to be self-directed and stressed the importance of being able to fill in / help others because its a small company. Everyone was very nice and friendly during the interview process. However despite closing out the second round interview by saying that they would be in touch they ghosted me and ignored all three of my follow-up emails.
