Weird interview process the interview with the director was so bland and he barely asked questions.. if you’re gonna interview at least pretend you look interested in the conversation. Maybe they already had who they wanted to hire and just did the interview just to do. Seemed like a complete waste of my time.

Two interviews with the recruiter then a final four hour interview with five different members of various management positions. After the interview there's a brief moment of job shadowing with a selected peer.

The interview process was fantastic. It started off with a 15 minute pre screening with the wonderful Lindsay which then led to an actual interview with her a few days later. After our interview, I was then called back by Lindsay and she schedule me for two second interviews- one with the Allied Health team (Jeff and Janina), and one with the Hospitalist Team (Dennis, John). Both teams were amazing and very informative when explaining the role I had applied for. After those second interviews, Lindsay stayed in constant contact with me, keeping me informed of the next steps. I then had my last interview with Rich a few days later, who is part of the Hospitalist team. After my very last interview, Lindsay reached out shortly after to officially offer me the position. She made the entire process such a breeze and was always readily available for any questions or concerns. I am so excited to be a part of CHG, and can’t wait to meet the rest of my team!!!!
