30 min interview on campus. If you pass, you are invited to Minneapolis office for 4 30min interviews. They try to make you feel comfortable by making the interview very informal. After the 4 interviews, an associate will take you out for lunch.

Completed a phone screening consisting of tell me about yourself, weakness/strength, why are you interested in the firm and accounting. Got set up with 2nd interview via teams with 2 other recruiters. All were very friendly and engaging. Seem like they were actually interested in getting to know you and gave feedback and their own personal experiences.
