Recruiter emailed after submitted application. Discussed my experience and how it was directly related. Interview scheduled with Director, went well and was told I'd be scheduled to meet via zoom with another employee in a similar role. Followed up to thank them for their time and check in on scheduling follow up. Director responded that he'd reach out to recruiter to get something scheduled. Recruiter reached out a week later to say that position was on hold and good luck on my search. Job was immediately reposted. Dishonest interview process.
