2 interviews. First interview with recruiter, super enthusiastic lady; doesn't really ask a lot of hard questions but does ask about salary and interest in company. I named a number higher than what they wanted to pay and she let me know immediately. Then moving on to the 2nd interview, 2 men who worked for the company for a long time in programmatic. Pretty bored and unenthusiastic, hardly any smiles. I felt in the 2nd one that they were just doing it as a formality. afterwards the recruiter emailed me saying the role was filled internally. I was pretty upset because I had prepared extensively for the interviews. It felt like they kept me as a plan B.
