First round was just a general interview with an HR representative who was very friendly. Second round was with my potential supervisor and was more of a conversation than an interview which was absolutely great. Noticed that the supervisor stopped to speak with the receptionist after I left. She may have asked the receptionist about our interaction, but I think that's standard interview etiquette to be friendly with the receptionist.

I met them at a fair at my school, within a week they emailed me and set up an interview. It was a three-person panel for the interview. It was my first time interviewing so I was a bit nervous. Even though I didn't get the position, I learned what to do next time.
