You will have a phone interview with a member of HR. They will email you a simulator that you will do on your own at home. Once the results come back from this, HR will call you back and either schedule the face to face or let you know they are not going to go forward. The face to face interview is like any other. Questions, list of expectations, and a little information about the company.

Great people, I was given a tour of the building and the questions were behavioral and in depth. It was overall a positive experience and I learned a lot about the corporate culture and environment.

Email contact, skills and behaviors assessment, on site interview with HR followed by one more on site interview with department supervisors, side by side with a current employee on the floor. They followed up within two days of the final interview with a job offer.

Started with initial application, followed by the assessment. After being picked, HR scheduled an interview over the phone. Phone interview lasted about 30 mins. Nothing out of the box. General questions about last work and education experience. Step afterwards was to meet hiring managers face to face. It was a great experience for me. Interview lasted for about 60-75 minutes. I was asked behavioral questions along with general get to know you types of questions. Once again nothing out of the box. At the end , I was given the tour of the department, which I believe was a good thing. I was able to see, what exactly is the operations of CSR. A week after , I received the call to offer me the position. After verbally accepting that I gave me consent for background check.
