I had two phone interviews, because I was out of state. The process was fairly easy. Asked the basic behavioral style questions for internship. There were two different people, both which seemed friendly. Each interview took about thirty minutes. The first one was basic like "tell me about yourself" , "why that major", and "why this internship". The second one was all "tell me about a time when" questions where you needed to provide examples for their scenarios.
