I applied through college. The process consisted of aptitude followed by PI and then further PI of shortlisted candidates. 2 people out of 62 applicants made it to the organisation.

They asked a lot about basic Finance. What is NPV and IRR? Difference between them? What is WACC?
There were multiple interviews rounds with stakeholders across team members, the HR also takes a round for culture fitment. Additionally, there was a psychometric test and general aptitude test which they honestly forgot about and made me do after I had accepted the offer.
