I had heard of CRST from living around the area, and they came to a career fair up at my college campus. I talked to them, and they told me to apply online with them for the program. Once I filled out the application, I got a call back from them telling me to come down and do an interview with them. At the interview, it took probably about an hour, but there was 3-4 people in there interviewing and asking you questions. There was a lot of situational analysis questions. I thought all of the questions were fairly common interview questions, just be prepared to back up why you did something, or the reason that you felt it was best to take a certain action.
