Applied online came in to donate so talked to supervisor Angelica she told me to come to orientation following week. No drug test, you can have a background nothin violent, its a fast process because they have alot of donors daily alot
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times
