Was interviewed on basic questions like schedule and transportation. Then was asked questions about resume and standard operating procedure. I was also asked what I knew about plasma and the company.

What is the importance of standard operating procedure?
The interviewer was welcoming. I got a tour of the facility. It was basic interview questions. Questions pertaining to your prior experience, highest level of education, how well do you work with others, times you’re available, etc.

Very friendly comfortable atmosphere. Wanted to know why my vital levels where high in 2019. Told her I lost my mother that year. She asked would I be willing to accept the pay and also let me know that as an employee at the time I could get the same amount of money as new donors. So that was a plus.
There is a 3 step interview process. First by phone, second with the Assistant Manager and finally with the Center Manager. Everyone was very friendly and the process only took 30 minutes.
