Very quick response to my application. Was interviewed within a few days of my application being submitted. Compared to other companies I interviewed with, this was by far the smoothest process.

When wishing to enter as management it's often difficult to find the right information. Regardless of what anyone tells you, you CAN enter the company in the management program. They post when they are hiring in several places. The interview process is long, so be patient. There is the application and interview, followed by a background check and assessment test, and then a panel interview. All new store managers must now go through the assessment test, but if you promote from within you are not required to do the panel interview, although this keeps changing.

Expect to be asked the typical "where do you see yourself in five years" question, and give an honest answer, even if you don't see yourself within the company. Also, you will likely be asked about the most difficult things you've encountered in your life and how you over came them.
