I have applied 3 times to 3 different job postings for diesel mechanic openings. Though I have 20 years experience as a diesel mechanic, trade school diploma, and multiple certificates from various factory training programs, basically 3 to 4 times the qualifications they ask for or require I keep getting the standard form reply..... Though your resume is impressive, we are going to go with someone who fits the job better???? I was never even considered for a yard guy position I also applied for? Not sure what I could do to better fit the jobs I have applied for?
