I had three interviews. Everyone was very friendly and made it a pleasant experience. However, I had to make this a neutral review instead of a positive one, and it's not because I didn't get the job. It's because they kept me hanging for more than a week before I decided to reach out to HR to find out for myself that they went forward with someone else. Come on, Calix. You can do better than that! In this pandemic where so many people are out of work (including myself), landing a job means so much more than ever. How difficult is it to send an automated email stating that you went with another candidate?
