Submitted Application Call from Recruiter 1 Week after application Recruiter Very Nonchalant Scheduled Interview which was 4 Interviewers Back to Back Waited 2 Weeks and told they were moving forward with other candidates

Had an interview with the recruiter who was a bit nonchalant but I just figured it was a long day. Nonetheless, an interview with the manager was scheduled, talked about my background. Manager had general questions. Overview of the position was shared as well as expectations. The company culture seems fitting and overall I was excited at the prospects of joining the company. Now my neutral rating comes from the lack of communication/follow-up/feedback from both recruiter and manager. It has been close to two weeks no post follow up emails and still nothing.
