The interview process was easy and straight forward. I applied online, had a telephonic interview with a recruiter and was interviewed by the Regional Manager in person. The recruiter called me to inform me of the outcome and we started the pre on-boarding process. (I initially applied for a Leasing Consultant position as I was changing industries and after my interview Camden thought I would be a better fit as a MID due to my previous professional experience. It is great working for a company that acknowledge and recognize experience and hard work and that is willing to develop it's employees further). The Camden team communicated every step of the process clearly and I never had to wonder what was expected of me next.
