Walk in, then you have to check in and wait a freaking hour. After they do a solo interview, then they do a group interview, then you have to wait another hour to find out if you got the job or not, and if you get it add another hour or two there for your training days to be figured out.

I applied online in December 2016 and didn't get my interview until January 28th. First they called me into a room where a employer asked me questions about my availability and etc. Next, she gave me four games to do a role play on and I chose top glo, so all I had to do was be energetic and loud and on the card it gave me points that I had to say. After doing those she told me I would be moving on so I waited in the waiting room. After waiting I was called in with a two other people and we chose a stuffed toy and you would have to explain why you chose it. In the group interview there were around seven employees at the back making notes on how you worked and interacted with the other people, and each of us were applying for different positions. Once doing the excerise we played a game, and lastly we had to choose two cards and on them it was scenarios and me and the other people had to come up with a decision as if to what we would do and after that we all went back into the waiting room to see if we got the hoc or not, and we all did!!!

Begin with an individual interview where they describe a game and ask how you would attract individuals to it. If successful you are asked to take a seat and are then called into a group interview.
