Initial call with the recruiter to discuss about the role, company and experience in general. Next was a phone interview about general data structures. I did well & went to the onsite round. Onsite interview was expected to be 2 interviews across a 3 hour period. The first interview got stretched to more than 2 hours. It went to an extent where I got a feeling that the interviewer was looking for one weakness and fail me for that. Ultimately, he succeeded ! The second round didn't happen.
