I was invited to attend an interview and was told to book the date/time via their website. The interview lasted around 1 hour, which included a skills test and I was told they would get back to me the following week with the outcome. Unfortunately I never heard nothing back, no email, no feedback, nothing. This appears to be an issue for employers these days not be bother getting back to candidates who have spent their time applying for a position and taking time out of their day to attend an interview. What surprises me is that as a College, they were keen to point out how they prided themselves on looking after their students and treating them with respect and care, if only that could be said for potential future employees.
