Sent straight to final interview after applying. Recruiter did not make it clear it was final interview, I thought it was a 30 minute basic screening. 3x30min 1:1s on resume, technical, interests. The interviews seemed disorganized with a lot of repeated questions. Recruiter misspelled my name and put conflicting/wrong dates in emails, also said "I would never ghost you" and proceeds to do so.
