First I was In a room and asked to create a presentation in 20 minutes and asked to present my findings on a subject, I was then interviewed one on one for around an hour before having a break. We then had the group exercise of around 40 minutes assessed preparation and a 20 minute presentation.
Processus très fluide, screening HR suivi de deux appels/vidéo avec deux consultants senior de l'équipe, et une interview finale avec le hiring manager.
Je recommande vivement Capgemini Invent dont le processus d'interview est bien rôdé.

Applied through a recruiter. Some questions were a bit strange such as your biggest failure in your career. Also when I was talking about the company as I did quite a bit of research the interviewer wasn’t so interested and said something along the lines of ‘this is all on our website, what makes us different?’. He just seemed arrogant from the start so I knew going forward it wouldn’t be so great. I could just tell they say they are collaborative but it seems they work long hours and can be quite rude and arrogant.
