Het duurde wat lang en het was niet duidelijk wat er precies van mij verwacht werd. Maar nadat ik ben aangenomen was het heel gemoedelijk en kreeg ik binnen alle ruimte om mijn weg te vinden. Harde schil, zachte binnenkant.
Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

similar questions, polite and easy to communicate
At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
