First: Telephone interview 15 min then short case 5 min (profitability case). Interview together with senior consultant Second stage: Assessment day om Teams. First 40 min interview, then 45 min case.

Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

similar questions, polite and easy to communicate
At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
