Online application - submitted CV and filled out application online before receiving aptitude tests around a week later. Standard SHL logical reasoning and numerical reasoning - fairly difficult so would advise practicing if never done before! Then followed a phone interview with a senior consultant, competency based with a little about the company. From this was invited to the assessment center which comprised of a presentation, group exercise and 1 on 1 interview. Whole day was very unprofessional with rude staff and an unpleasant atmosphere. Each candidate not rigorously interviewed and everyone treated differently. Would not return!

On the spot case study, Why Capgemini, Why consulting etc
Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

3. by project manager
similar questions, polite and easy to communicate
At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
