Applied online. First interview was set up within a few hours of applying. The first interview is a face to face 15 minute conversation with the President who is very laid back.

Initial interview is short and with a manager in the office. Interview is no longer than 20 minutes where they ask about items that are probably from your resumes. Second interview lasts an hour or more with an employee who has probably only worked there for a couple months. A job offer will follow within the next few hours. If you start asking too many questions and doubting the potential they will dump you. Everyone in this office seems very nice but I would be wary.
