Classic assessment centre three interviews: group, strengths based interview and case study. Group task was a business related task involving basic calculations and analysis. Case study very similar.

Very long. Multi step with the power day being 5+ hours of interviews. Often felt that the material was not rigorous but interviewers would drill down on tangents of the actual case.
