Capital one reached out to me to apply for a role but the role was filled before I started my interview. The person who reached out connected me with a recruiter.

Product skills: walk through a product you have led from ideation to go to market
Business case: you get a prompt, then you have to calculate things like profitability, revenue, variable cost, break-even. How can the company increase profit and what recommendations will you make as CEO
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.

Interview had 4 rounds: assessment, recruiter, hiring manager, and Power Day. The Power day was 4 30 min interview sessions with other managers. It was pretty straight forward, just prepare some STAR based experiences.
Interview process included a first round HR screen, a second round mini case study, and a power day final round followed by a team match. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process
