They called me on the phone to schedule an interview and wanted me to come in the next day. It was less than 24 hours notice. When I said I had work at that time, they wanted me to use my lunch break to come in. I again said no, but mentioned I'm available the next week. The guy on the phone then proceeded to scare me I guess by saying "we'll see if it's even available by then..." He didn't even try to schedule the next interview. This company is clearly looking for desperate job seekers that they can take advantage of. Be wary if applying at this company.

Very laid back, everyone I met seemed very nice. They were very transparent about what the how the company operates and what they can offer. I did not feel much pressure, it was a very free flowing conversation

I called over the phone and spoke with a recruiter who was polite and courteous. I came in the next day for an interview with a marketing manager and started the next week. The whole process was straight and to the point. I was very impressed with how professional the staff was and how organized they seemed to be. The compensation package for a marketing rep with this company seems great compared to its competitors. I've had a friend working for this company for years so i know its a great place to work.
