Had to apply online 5 times before I got a phone call. (by the way I definitely qualify for this position) When you get a call you come in for a one on one interview - I interviewed with 5 or 6 people it seemed like no one could make a decision and then finally someone told me I was hired.

How I have been unsuccessful in a sales situation and handled it. Mock selling a car to the interviewer. They are very concerned with honesty if the interviewer feels like you got terminated in the past for not being honest you won't get hired.
