Colloquio
Pleasant interview. I met with the manager for about 15 minutes and was hired in the spot. Was asked to tell manager about myself, hobbies, interests and talked about pat job experiences-what I liked and disliked about them. Hint: don't bad mouth another company. Keep it professional if there's something that you didn't like about a past job. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and be yourself.

Tell me about yourself, hobbies, tell me about a time you've seen a project through until the end, a time when you've been stressed at work and how you dealt with it, what's your favorite thing about caribou coffee? It's a face paced job, and managers want employees that can remain calm under pressure and who can do their job with a sense of urgency.

I was interviewed twice. Once by the GM of the store I would be working at, and once by another GM from the same district. Both interviews were relatively easy. The first interview was primarily about my resumé, the second interview was mainly about who I am as a person.
There was a brief phone interview initially. The in-person interview was about a week later. very friendly. Process was quick Offer was made shortly after. The interviewer was friendly and honest about the role.

Very relaxed casual atmosphere! Interview typically takes about 30 minutes. If there is a job offer, you receive a phone call with an offer and a letter via email with instructions on the next step to become employed by Caribou Coffee
