The interview process starts with screening interviews, which often take place on the phone, followed by Skype interviews and second in-person interviews. In addition to a hiring manager, you may meet with managers, employees. English speaking skills and different accents. Marlin test for checking English knowledge level is required. All candidates for the same role will go through the same testing process. Interview process last from one to two months.

The first HireVue video interview was a bit nerve racking as you aren't able to get a sense or reading of the interviewer since it is just recorded responses. The second interview went really well...it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

The duration of the interview was set for an hour thirty minutes . The interview started 2 minutes late and i panicked. It lasted about 15 minutes . The interviewer had 4 or five questions and then asked if i had any and i had. Per total, the interview went great. Looking forward to the next step.
