Behavioral interview. The interviewer (who was an HR director) asked the usual questions--where do you see yourself in five years, tell me about a time you ______, why do you want this job.
This was an on-campus interview, and even though the interviewer had been interviewing candidates the entire day (I was the last one), he did not seem bored or tired of it, which was nice.
There's an initial application and then there is an interview with their hiring team. They asked a lot of questions about prior experience and also how your goals align with their company

It has been really smooth and easy going. They contacted me through Linekdin and now is my second stage.
The first stage was a phone interview were the guy asked me some questions about myself.
