Applied for an internal job opening and was called for the interview, It was a panel of people who interviewed, followed by technical questions and past experience. caterpillar is a Off-Highway truck manufacturing facility located in Thiruvallur which is 40 kms away from Chennai
The interviewers were very patient when I was formulating my responses to their questions. They’re STAR format questions so definitely run through some example STAR questions online prior to your interview.

I interviewed with 3 people and they took turns asking me behavioral based questions. Some were easier than others, but they want to see how you react to certain situations. Displaying professionalism in your choices is a must
