Asked to complete an on-demand video interview first. Within a week, I received an email requesting an in-person interview. Approximately 60 or so new grads were present as various managers from different departments were around to interview applicants.

Completed a one-way video interview through Montage. First section is introduction, which you can record an unlimited amount of times. Second section were the timed questions. You have 2 minutes to answer each question (5 questions total). Allowed you to record your answer 3 times before submitting.
