Applied online, phone screening with the recruiter, had a personality test , then face to face interview with the two hiring managers in the department…. Over all it was less then an hour the basics questions like job history and just making everyone laugh after the face to face interview the recruiter called to ask how did the interview go and what I thought about it and the gotten the job after.
