Overall, it was very smooth, CZI took care of all the logistics (setting up zooms, sending prep materials, etc.).
The first interview was an HR phone screen, which led to a meeting with the Hiring Manager. After that, the team scheduled 5 interviews spread across 2 days with various members of the team. Each person had unique questions and allowed time for Q&A.
I truly enjoyed getting to know each member that I interacted with and could not have asked for a better process.
