Un premier mail qui invite à un entretien vidéo pré-enregistré. Pas très humain mais avec le nombre de demande on peut comprendre.
Un appel qui invite à un recrutement campus. Une vingtaine d'étudiants présents pour une dizaine de poste. Un entretien avec un manager et une responsable RH.
À la date due pas de réponse. Il faudra attendre minimum 2 semaines de plus. Le temps Chanel ou un manque de professionnalisme? Aucune véritable explication
Entretien RH classique puis entretien manager sur les motivations et l'intérêt pour le poste. Un échange sur les besoin du poste en terme d'outil technique et les processus mis en place

There are 2 rounds of interview, first round with HR and second round with line manager, online interviews. Nice communication during the interview, hr is nice, line manager is nice, benefits are attractive
