Applied online for N.E.R.D program. About two weeks later had a 30 min phone interview with a very nice HR person(Deanna). Two weeks later had an interview with senior members from the team and newer members of the NERD program. All questions were related to my resume.

We just walked through my resume. All questions were related to resume.
The interview was 1 in-person interview with a follow-up team interview with the software development team. Relatively enjoyable experience as it was more like a conversation with the interviewers instead of an interview.

Relatively simple interview process but extensive follow up time. Beginning stages were communicated with depth but post interview response time has lingered. Waiting 2 weeks + for response after online interview.

It was a recruiter call. After which the recruiter sends our resume to the hiring manager. Then we will be asked to a schedule 3 rounds of interviews. One was leetcode and system design. One was System design and Behavioural and the other was pure Behavioural.
