Lack of engagement and follow up during the entire interview process. The recruiter engaged with me to request availability, and I had to keep following up throughout various stages of the process. After the hiring manager interview the recruiter became completely unresponsive. Very poor candidate experience. The recruiters hiring for recruiters need more training. The hiring manager also barely asked any questions relevant to the job, which was disappointing from a recruiting leader.
