The initial interview was a 30 minute screening by a member of the team-- the questions were odd and didn't invite a reciprocal conversation. Questions regarding how to improve a Domino's pizza delivery experience, what my worst manager was like, etc. I was moved on to the second round with a manager where it was more specific to the role. The manager was able to answer more of my questions about a typical day and expectations. As with any start up, the role was rapidly changing and still being developed. The third interview was to be a case study, which I did not follow through on due to the low pay and what sounded like very long days+holidays. They wanted multiple case studies to be completed and then presented on, which seems unnecessary and unrelated to this position.

super long process that felt repetitive aka not even helpful for them. should have been a red flag given the pay of the role and the level of benefits (not super great)
