One interview , the manager seemed quite focused on my abilities for quality control . He also expressed the need for me to be open minded and present new ideas . Explained that there were many first hand problems that arise . And that fixing the issues "on the fly" with competence was required . A high amount of mechanical experience was an asset . Time management was stressed as well .
