There were four rounds of interviews. First with HR, next with the BDR manager, then the Head of Marketing, and lastly with the Head of Sales. I think if you show how you've done research on the company, and even research on the people who are interviewing you, it shows that you can do a lot of what the BDR job entails. There was also a small test where they ask you to write an email to a prospective client.

3 interviews, 1st with Talent Manager, just to get to know you; 2nd is more of a personality-based interview, typical sales interview questions, 3rd is with higher-up, getting to know you/your experience more

4-5 rounds of interviews: Initial phone screen (30 min). Manager in-person/virtual (45 min). Skip level VP in-person/virtual (45 min). 3-4 person panel presentation (45-60 min). Peer phone call, if requested (30 min). This process was thorough and efficient. The Head of Talent Acquisition is incredibly responsive and provides excellent feedback throughout the process. They also stay engaged and manage expectations. Most questions were around relevant experience(s) and were interested in cultural fit. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided constructive feedback following the presentation. They offered opportunities to speak with peers and future colleagues for their honest experience, and intentionally aligned start dates with other new hires to make the experience seamless.
