Phone interview: hire manager call for 15 minutes.
On site: was almost two hours included: hiring manager interview + 20 min text + two architects (that were asking questions and I didn't finish answering one question the second guy started asking the next question...)

She was very nice, asked about me and what i am working with, she didnt like that i didnt work with "high scale" product

Applied in May, and got codility task before any call. I did it, and waited over a month to get a call for scheduling first interview. Didn't participate in further process since I already found new position.
During the process I got misleading info as well. First that I was rejected, then task being sent, then a call on which I rejected further process, then still got invite to teams call? Overall weird experience
