You start in the HR building where you interview with the hiring manager. Then if all goes well, you will go to your home school and interview with the principal of the school.

They asked your basic teacher questions. What is uour philosophy on education? How would you manage x type of behavior in your classroom? Etc.
To apply, fill out an online application and wait to receive a call from a principal who is interested in interviewing you. The questions are pretty basic and what you would expect as a teacher.
