I had two interviews with two different Chick-fil-A's, and I will focus on the second one. There were a lot of personal questions, ones that were getting a feel for you as a person and not just seeing you as a gear in the machine. Questions like "What's the first thing you do when you get up in the morning?" (Answer, hygiene. That's not what I said at first, but the interviewer could tell from my appearance that that was already something important to me, with my professional outfit and makeup. So I passed that question haha.) Another one I remembered was something along the lines of "What makes you feel like you've had a good day?" So I said "Achieving my goals." Side note, they notice things even when you're not sitting at the table with them. Then they hired me right away! It was great. This was a while ago, so I don't remember everything, but those were some highlights.
